Located just south of downtown Roanoke, South Sixteen is the city’s newest apartment community. The South Sixteen website, designed and developed by Zer0 to 5ive, was launched in tandem with the opening of the sales office to generate interest and secure new residents. A brochure and other sales materials were developed directly after to further promote the new location. We are proud to announce that both the South Sixteen website and brochure have won Silver Davey Awards. These are the second and third Davey Awards for Zer0 to 5ive.
