MICHELLE PUJADAS | FOUNDER & CO-CEO
Michelle specializes in developing strategic marketing and communications programs that deliver measurable results. With more than 30 years of marketing and communications experience, Michelle understands what it takes to “make marketing count” and has done so for more than 200 clients ranging from small start-ups to large, public companies.
Michelle founded Zer0 to 5ive in May 1999 after recognizing that traditional agencies don’t have the depth of experienced resources to provide the research and strategic marketing expertise that many companies need. By combining research and strategy with implementation services, such as public relations and creative, Zer0 to 5ive provides a single point of accountability and knowledge for its clients. As a result, clients and the Zer0 to5ive team are better informed, better aligned and better armed to reach their marketing goals.
Since 1999, Zer0 to 5ive has delivered award-winning marketing, strategy and communications services to more than 150 companies. Representing some of the most exciting technology companies in the industry, these clients came to Zer0 to 5ive because of its reputation for sound marketing fundamentals, a clear understanding of technology and technology market adoption and the ability to translate marketing strategies into actionable tactics. Along the way, Michelle has worked with industry leaders such as OraSure Technologies, Apple Computer, Pearson, SunGard Higher Education, Edison Schools, AuthenTec, CashEdge, AuthenTec, Safeguard Scientifics, QuadraMed, Novitas Capital, eMoney Advisor, GE Healthcare/Omnyx, Carisma Therapeutics, Imagine Pharma, and CS Technology, among others. Under her leadership, Zer0 to 5ive has won the Silver Anvil Award of Excellence (4x), the Big Apple Award (3x) and two Communicator Awards for its public relations and creative implementation.
Michelle’s background also includes a variety of high-profile positions including Vice President of Marketing for Safeguard Scientifics, where she was responsible for building Safeguard into a nationally recognized brand and won two Telly Awards; Senior Vice President at Ketchum Public Relations where she created and ran the technology practice group at Ketchum/Pittsburgh; and as Vice President and Director of the Pittsburgh office of Crescent Communications. In 1999, Michelle won a Silver Anvil from the Public Relations Society of America for her outstanding achievements in the Integrated Marketing, Business-to-Business category for i2 Technologies’ 1998 Planet Conference. It was the first Silver Anvil associated with a technology company that Ketchum had ever received.

SANTIAGO PUJADAS | CO-CEO
Santiago Pujadas is the co-chief executive officer at Zer0 to 5ive. As co-CEO, he is responsible for the growth and strategic direction of the company and its offices in New York and Philadelphia, as well as providing strategic counsel to key clients.
Santiago has 30 years of experience as an executive in general management, marketing and project management and brings extensive business experience and a strong understanding of the role of marketing and communications as a key driver for company success.
At Zer0 to 5ive, Santiago has worked with executives from notable industry leaders, including Apple, OraSure Technologies, Omnyx/GE Healthcare and Optimum Lightpath/Cablevision, among others, to help define and implement their communications and marketing programs.
Prior to Zer0 to 5ive, Santiago served as president of Wesdyne International, a wholly owned subsidiary of Westinghouse Electric Company and the largest worldwide robotics inspection company in the electric utility industry. At Wesdyne, he managed a $100 million P/L and established the company’s strategic direction, resulting in significant increases in both market share and profitability.
Santiago is also active in the community serving on the boards of Flite and the Suburban Seahawks Club. In 2011, along with his wife, the Devon Horse Show named him Volunteer of the Year. He also serves on the board of The National Museum of Bermuda and the Leadership Committee of the Institute for Student Achievement.
Santiago has a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management / Mathematics from Carnegie Mellon University and a master’s degree in Industrial Administration from CMU’s Tepper School of Business.
BOB MINKUS | MANAGING PRINCIPAL
Bob brings 15+ of technology marketing and communications experience to the Zer0 to 5ive team. His background in writing, lead generation, creative direction and communications underpins his role as a project leader and a partner for clients.
Bob has worked to create marketing solutions that solve client needs across a variety of industries, including enterprise software and hardware, cybersecurity, life sciences, financial services and manufacturing companies. With this diverse background and skill sets, Bob strives to bring fresh thinking to every strategy and tactic so that clients can build strong brands and reach their goals.
Before joining Zer0 to 5ive, Bob worked for leading B2B technology marketing and communications firms in the Philadelphia area as a writer, strategist and director, serving both fast-growing startups and market-leading Fortune 500 companies in a variety of industries.
Bob holds a BA in Economics and Journalism from Emory University.
JENNIFER MORITZ | MANAGING PRINCIPAL
Jennifer has more than 20 years of experience in public relations and marketing strategy, specializing in the education, healthcare and technology industries. Throughout her career, Jennifer has directed marketing and public relations efforts for various high-profile public and private companies – from Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, as well as non-profit associations and government agencies.
Since joining Zer0 to 5ive in 2001, Jennifer has led strategic marketing communications initiatives for numerous agency clients including OraSure Technologies, QuadraMed, Edison Schools, ClassLink, ISA and Platform Learning.
Through integrated communications campaigns, Jennifer has successfully directed company and product launches, social issue campaigns, market repositioning and crisis communications campaigns, generating a wide range of strategic media coverage for clients including cover stories on Time Magazine, Popular Science and Business 2.0, front page articles in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal and USA Today, and feature segments on CNN, Conan and News Hour with Jim Lehrer.
Jennifer and her OraSure team were awarded a 2004 PRSA Silver Anvil Award of Excellence and the 2004 New York PRSA Big Apple Award for the successful event and PR campaign promoting the OraQuick Rapid HIV-1 Antibody Test for National HIV Testing Day.
Prior to her work at Zer0 to 5ive, Jennifer held various high-profile positions in technology public relations and marketing, serving as director of PR for Sony Electronics Business and Professional Division in the U.S. and Latin America, and spearheading special initiatives for clients including Intel and the Royal Bank of Scotland.
Before moving to NYC, Jennifer managed numerous national education initiatives for the U.S. Department of Education and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services in Washington, D.C., working with education and arts organizations, government agencies and state and national political leaders to implement and market educational and social services programs in thousands of schools throughout the U.S. and internationally.
Jennifer earned a B.A. in Journalism from the University of Pittsburgh.
LINDSEY TABOR | MANAGING PRINCIPAL, CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Lindsey has extensive experience in communication design, with expertise in technology, education, nonprofit, and healthcare. Her areas of focus include web design, brand identity, integrated campaigns, concept generation, event promotion and print collateral design.
Since joining Zer0 to 5ive in 2013, Lindsey has contributed to the success of the creative strategy for a range of clients, including the UPENN Singh Center for Nanotechnology, Rocket Fuel, Greenphire, Argosy Capital, Crunchbase, Vigilant Biosciences, Honeywell, PRG Real Estate, and Bridg-it. She brings a straightforward and sophisticated design approach to every project she is involved in.
Before joining Zer0 to 5ive, Lindsey worked in-house, in healthcare, B2B, B2C, and web/print media at start-ups and well-established companies.
Lindsey earned a B.F.A. in Communication Design with a minor in illustration from Kutztown University.
COLLEEN A. MARTIN | PRINCIPAL
Colleen has over 14 years of experience in media relations and integrated marketing, with deep knowledge in B2B enterprise technologies. Her specialty is in finding the stories to tell to create positive buzz and media coverage for clients. This comes from an insatiable curiosity and desire to learn. She is passionate about mentoring her team members to think like a reporter and ask the right questions to get the best results for their clients.
Since joining Zer0 to 5ive in 2010, Colleen has played a leadership role and contributed to the success of startup, mid-size, and large, public B2B and B2C technology companies. These include businesses such as BenchPrep, Splice Machine, eOriginal, Circonus, Pearson Higher Education, OraSure Technologies, Powerlytics, ArrowStream, and Grand Junction, (since acquired by Target). Her expertise lies in media and analyst relations, product launches and events, strategic positioning and messaging, thought leadership, social media marketing, and go to market planning.
Prior to her work at Zer0 to 5ive, Colleen worked at Garfield Group Public Relations, where she drove successful media relations campaigns and spearheaded product launches for B2C technology companies in the area of education, telecommunications, consumer electronics and ecommerce.
Colleen earned a B.S. in Communications and Public Relations from Millersville University.
Lindsay Hull | PRINCIPAL
Lindsay is a veteran in B2B and B2C media relations and integrated marketing pro, with over a decade of experience in working with technology clients, across numerous industries including education, fintech, healthcare tech and seniortech.
Since joining Zer0 to 5ive in 2012, Lindsay has played a significant role in securing top-tier national media coverage for clients such as NWEA, Pearson, and K4Connect, and has played a critical role in the successful positioning of multiple clients in key trade publications. Lindsay excels in driving broad and deep media coverage for her clients across a broad range of outlets, such as Fast Company, Wired, USA Today, Quartz, ZDNet, and Venture Beat, among other top-tier media outlets.
Prior to joining Zer0 to 5ive, Lindsay was the Public Relations & Communications Manager for ESquared Hospitality. In her role, she was responsible for managing the PR efforts of 24 domestic and international restaurants. Before that, Lindsay was an Account Executive at Kwittken + Company, an award-winning public relations firm, where she worked across several accounts, handling both marketing and public relations execution across the technology, e-commerce, education and real estate industries.
Lindsay holds a B.A. in Communications/Public Relations from Hofstra University in Long Island, New York.
TONY BALDO | PRINCIPAL, DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR
Tony has extensive experience in both web design and development, His background in graphic design allows him a unique perspective when building websites that are both functional and adaptive to the needs of each individual project. His area of focus includes HTML5, CSS, JS, PHP, and WordPress.
Tony has worked to help build complex systems and websites to provide easy to use and efficient websites. He strives to create interactive and intuitive WordPress sites that allow for users to jump in and instantly feel comfortable editing and creating content.
Before joining Zer0 to 5ive Tony worked in Philadelphia at a number of boutique agencies as both a designer and a web developer.
Tony holds a B.S in Graphic Design from The Art Institute of Philadelphia.
