Zer0 to 5ive received a Silver Anvil award from the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) in the category of Integrated Communications: Business-to-Business. The award was in recognition of its integrated public relations and marketing campaign that helped redefine the School Systems group of Pearson and re-establish its brand leadership and voice in the education technology market.
Tech PR Idol
Zer0 to 5ive received a finalist award for 2008 Tech PR Idol for developing a public relations plan designed to help a selected company position itself as a thought leader in information security and become an acquisition target. The national contest honors the best, brightest and most creative minds in the technology public relations industry.
Zer0 to 5ive leveraged the creation and launch of the Hershey Center for Applied Research (HCAR) KnowledgeMesh – a social networking and scientific mapping online community – to attract and retain a community of life sciences academics, researchers, business people and investors for the Hershey Center for Applied Research, based in Hershey, Pennsylvania. The HCAR KnowledgeMesh outreach drove a 287 percent increase in website traffic and was mentioned in approximately 135 unique outlets including eWeek and Pharmaceutical Executive. Zer0 to 5ive received first place in the 2008 Keystone Awards B2B Marketing Communications category that recognizes the highest achievement for creative campaigns and tactics throughout Central Pennsylvania.
Big Apple Award: OraSure Technologies
New York City’s PRSA Chapter honored the regional success of Zer0 to 5ive’s National OraQuick HIV Testing Day campaign with its 2004 Big Apple Award. The Big Apple Awards honor the “best of the best” public relations programs to take place in New York City. The NYC Chapter is a founding member of the PRSA.
Silver Anvil: OraSure Technologies
The 2004 Silver Anvil Award of Excellence recognized Zer0 to 5ive’s work with OraSure Technologies on the successful National OraQuick HIV Testing Day campaign which served to increase national awareness of, and testing for, HIV, as well as to provide rapid HIV test results. The 2004 Silver Anvil Award of Excellence is awarded annually to organizations that have shown exemplary practices in public relations by the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA), the world’s largest professional organization for public relations practitioners.
The Communicator Awards is an international competition founded by communication professionals in advertising, public relations, corporate communications, graphic design and website design to recognize excellence in the communication field. Zer0 to 5ive earned two Communicator Awards in 2004. The first award was for best overall website for www.0to5.com. The second award was the Award of Distinction for best marketing and promotion campaign for National OraQuick HIV Testing Day. The Award of Distinction is presented for projects that exceed industry standards in quality and excellence.
The Telly Awards is a widely known and highly respected national and international competition that honors outstanding local, regional, and cable TV commercials and programs, as well as the finest video and film productions. Zer0 to 5ive’s co-CEO, Michelle Pujadas, won for her work as Executive Producer on the “Think Again” corporate video on behalf of Safeguard Scientifics. The Telly Awards showcase the best work of the most respected advertising agencies, production companies, television stations, cable operators, and corporate video departments in the world.
The Aurora Awards is an international competition which recognizes excellence in the film and video industries. Zer0 to 5ive’s co-CEO Michelle Pujadas won the Gold Award for her work as Executive Producer on the “Think Again” corporate video on behalf of Safeguard Scientifics. Competitors hail from private and corporate production groups, advertising agencies and television stations throughout the country. The awards specifically target programs and commercials that would not normally have the opportunity to compete on a national level, by focusing on non-national commercials, regional or special interest entertainment and corporate sponsored film and video.
